1. Do not put things off until the last minute. Doing things last minute will stress you out and will cause you to stay up late at night.
2. Make sure you prioritize what is important first. Going to the movies in the middle of the weekday is not the brightest idea.
3. Don't ever drink coffee at 10 pm. Even if you have homework; just don't do it or else you'll stay up until 4 in the morning. That is just unhealthy.
